CONDEPOLS, S.A. has developed a new type of Big-Bag which due to its special bottom shape, does not require the use of pallets for its manipulation and transport.

The NOPALLET Big Bag is unique in the market and it is currently being patented by CONDEPOLS, S.A.

Its use allows your company to save costs and materials, and to win space at your facilities as well as volume of your product at the transport.

NOPALLET is able to load up to 1.250 kg. 

 How to use it.

STANDART

The D4 Standard container is the most traditional Big-Bag of the range of containers with four lifting points. With a capacity of 500-2000 kg, it can pack products both in powder and grain.

EXPLOSIVE ATMOSPHERES

In the handling of Big-Bags there are basically three risk scenarios due to the generation of electrostatic charge: The loading, unloading and finally the friction of the Big-Bags with others or by operators. Once the electrostatic charge has generated, this can accumulate and may cause the ignition of an explosive atmosphere. 

The EU directive 1999/92/EC known as ATEX 137 establishes the necessary measures to ensure their safety, forcing the employer to, among other things, prevent the ignition of explosive atmospheres.

Our special Big-Bags for explosive atmospheres enable to control, based on the type of explosive atmosphere, the generation of electric discharge and thus avoid the ignition of such atmospheres.

CONDUCTIVE

Big-Bag specifically designed for the loading of products that due to their special characteristics are at risk of ignition or explosion in the presence of electrostatic charges. CONDEPOLS has developed an unique fabric provided with conductive elements wich enable the optimum interconnection between the container´s different components. The resistivity is <108 ohm.

4KV

Big-Bag designed according to German Standard Din-53 482. It has been proven that to initiate a propagation discharge spark there must be a potential of at least 4000 volts.

This type of container is characterised for all its walls havin breakdown voltage lower than 4000 volts, so it can be used safely.

AERATION BANDS

Big-Bag D4 especially recommended for agricultural products that need aeration: potatoes, carrots, and filtering of certain sludge. Available in white and black.

HOOD LIFT

The main characteristic of the HOOD LIFT container is that the lifting point is the actual fabric of the container, which considerably facilitates its manipulation. It may have one or two lifting points, charging and discharging valve.

Thanks to its design it may be manipulated by the operator of the forklift without him needing any extra help for loading.

Q-BAG

Characterized by its inner bands, which prevent the container to bulge, thereby achieving a better utilization of space at the time of transport.

The main advantage of this container is that the transport capacity increases by 25% as shown in the accompanying drawing.

ANGULAR

The advantage of this container, as compared to conventional containers, is that the handles are separated slightly from the corners of the container, this providing a faster handling during the loading process.
